The set includes a double-sided credit-card-size laminated devotional card containing a small medal and a double-sided prayer keyring with an approx. 2.4 cm medal.

The source presents Saint George, called the “Great Martyr”, as born around 280 and recounts a devotional story in which he challenged Emperor Diocletian’s worship of Apollo before being beheaded on 23 April 303. It presents him as symbolising the victory of God and faith over evil, as well as strength and courage.

The source recommends invoking Saint George when situations appear desperate or without recourse.
