Native American White Sage – larger, heavier format

Approx. 10 cm, around 40 g. Large white sage bundle.

White sage from the California desert is traditionally used in various spiritual practices of Indigenous peoples of North America. In these traditions, sage smoke may accompany rituals of purification, protection, prayer and spiritual connection.

How to use:

Light one end of the bundle, allow the flame to burn briefly, then blow it out so that the sage continues to smoulder. Use a heat-resistant container to collect ash and make sure the room is well ventilated.

The smoke can be gently directed around yourself or through different areas of a space while expressing an intention, prayer or positive affirmation. The bundle does not need to be completely consumed in one use; extinguish it carefully in sand, earth or another suitable fireproof container.
