Saint Rita Novena Candle + Novena Booklet

Saint Rita Novena Candle + Novena Booklet

White candle – 100% vegetable wax – approx. 18 cm high × 6 cm diameter

The source presents Saint Rita as a model of patience, trust in God and Christian charity, traditionally invoked especially for desperate causes, family concerns, protection and prayers for healing.

Novena booklet (9 prayers): booklet printed by the Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon according to Canon Law; historical introduction and Novena to Saint Rita, approx. 15 × 10.5 cm. The source presents the novena as a recognised form of Church prayer repeated for nine consecutive days, with one prayer for each day. It also explains the symbolic meaning of the number nine through the Holy Trinity (3 × 3), perseverance and the nine choirs of angels.

The source recommends praying at approximately the same time each day, aloud if possible, with attention, gratitude and perseverance.

Fire safety: although the source says not to extinguish the candle during the nine days, never leave a burning candle unattended. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface, away from draughts, curtains, paper and other combustible materials, and extinguish it whenever continuous supervision is not possible.

Religious protection, graces, healing or answered prayers described in the devotion are matters of faith and are not medical or scientifically established guarantees.
